1. Backup your Mac
2. NAS
3. Wireless-N router
4. Printer sharing
5. Cat perch (see photo)

8. Skillet (preferably during backup)

And your picture is the exact reason our cat's not allowed in my computer room. My poor computers wouldn't do well with a fresh coat of fur clogging the vents :( But it gave me a chuckle :p

Time Capsule, yes. But not excessively so. It's just cuz there is no external power adapter, but rather it's built into the Time Capsule. I've really had no problems with mine but I like to poke fun... :p

19. (And I'd never use mine for this) Garden pathway stepping stone.
 
21. Time Capsule (as in, you know, put digital files from 2008 on it and then bury it for later generations so that they can laugh at our prehistoric JPEG photos, AAC music and H.264 videos).
