Hey guys!

I'm a bit of an amateur in the whole field of digital video formats, and this led me to be a bit of a standstill when I realized that I have a 650mb mpg video file of a graduation that I would like to send my father.

How would I go about converting an MPG file to any acceptable format for sharing? Like, Flickr, Youtube, etc. Any ideas guys?

Thanks in advance for your help!

hey boudi.

i guess there are a few ways to go about it.

you could use Handbrake to convert the movie into something a little smaller. then upload to youtube.

you could also import the movie into iMovie then add titles, etc - then export it into something smaller. iMovie 09 can upload directly to youtube. its a nice feature.
