Keyboard Not Working

If it's mid 2011 it's still under warranty. Take it in.

The down arrow key on my 2011 MBA 11'' refurb is soft and doesn't always work... and for the 11'' scrolling down is big deal.

Please post what Apple does to fix it. Thanks.

have had similar issues, will most likely need to go to the apple store for a fix.

I had that on my wired keyboard with the X key. There's an X in the name of my company, so it's a big deal too! I took it in, they popped the keycap off, pulled out the little piece that makes contact and replaced it. It's not wired or soldered. Took 30 seconds.

I'm guessing they'd likely do it free of charge even if out of warranty.
