Yup here is the link from VZW, it was never removed from their site following the courts ruling, which is why I was confused.

I'm sure it's because within days, the software was patched to bypass the patent in question.

I agree with you 100% Jelly Bean is a major leap forward compared to iOS6. That's because Ice Cream Sandwich sucked so bad there was nowhere to go but up. In contrast, iOS5 to iOS6 is a smaller leap because Apple is already making superior operating systems, regardless of whether individuals "like" them. In fairness, Jelly Bean is actually the first version of the Android OS that made me say "wow". Stating that it's a major leap though is a moot point when comparing apples (no pun intended) to apples.
