Yeah, if I did have the individual plan, I probably would have terminated it much earlier and maybe even used a credit card to do it. But there is no way that I'm going to pay that much just so they can unlock my phone. I also will not buy a subsidized phone again. Even though they're expensive, I don't mind saving and waiting to upgrade especially when it's an iPhone or something that might come along later that would be equally awesome.

Nobody brought this up, but if Tmobile iPhone has UMA I'll switch in a heartbeat. I had it on my HTC when I was with them, it's one of the most useful features. As long as your wifi is fast enough, you don't have to worry about not having signal inside building. Right now I have Verizon, let's just say in my room, my phone is pretty much useless.
Also, UMA would allow you to make call/receive calls even if you are overseas, as long as you are connected to wifi. |

We've been waiting for 5 years, and it's finally here! I switched to AT&T in the meantime though.

Unlimited data, but if you use too much data they will kick you out. Thus, I'd say that is roughly equivalent to 2GB of data. 500 mins of voice is practically unlimited talk for most people I know, but if you are a sales person or attending conference calls on the road very often, ST would definitely be more valuable.
