It requires 10.6, PPC as i am sure you know, can only go to 10.5.
I'm sure it can be cracked to create mac osx 10.5 compatibility.

Yes, that is the one I was using. Got it off Amazon for 12.95. The why it shipped to me was set up for eSATA you have to change the pins for internal SATA
