Why did you pick Black or White for iPhone 5? - Page 6

Yea, this is kinda catching my eye right now too. But since they did such a good job of centering and squaring the screen I think in time I will start to ignore it. Back in the day this used to drive me crazy even on screens that had a black surround due to crappy alignment.

I would have picked the black iPhone 5 due to the special operations look it gives me when I wear a black suit and sun glasses.

I opted a white color, coz it looks much more shinier . And i think white looks much more elegant.

But seriously, I can't get over how nice the frosted silvery aluminum looks. It's like this phone is some sort of precious metal ingot in my hands.

i will choose the white iPhone 5. the reasons are below:

1. White is more nice than the black.

2. white looks thinner

3. Black seems quite boring and stiff.

And the guys saying white is girly. I wonder what you do with the included white earpods, cable and charger...

Also the first iPods only came in white.

I love the black. Thats what I have.
But IMO, if you are going to put a case on it, the white looks better.

The exterior color of my car is white, my fiance's iPad is white, so therefore I was compelled to get a white iPhone.

In all seriousness, I've had the white iPhone dating back to the 4. I'm OCD about fingerprints, and the white model mitigates that (to certain extent).

Black because I don't like how there's a giant black space when the screen is off on the white. And the two black dots on the front throw the look off for me

I chose white because of all the reports of paint coming off the black and i didn't believe until i went and saw it myself at the apple store! all the black units had many scratches and scuffs while the whites looked fine
