Help I pad won't turn on!

I picked up my iPad to do some shopping when it won't turn on.. I tried pressing both the home and hibernate key for 10sec and even longer and nothing! I even hooked it up on the PC and It was read by iTunes but it still didn't turn on. I press the buttons again several times and could hear the camera clicking as if I'm taking pictures of the screen. I can also hear the battery trying to charge it when I hook it to the charger but I s get a blank screen!! Please help!

The Basic Troubleshooting Steps for non-responsive iPads are:

1.) Restart the device
2.) Reset the device
3.) Restore the device (from backup)
4.) Restore the device as new

If you try all these steps and you still have issues, then visit your nearest Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider).

If the battery has been fully depleted it can take a few minutes for it to turn on when it is on charge. Plug it in and wait. If it doesn't turn on after 10-20mins there may be an issue.

When you say you can hear the battery trying to charge, what noise exactly? My iPad doesn't make any noise when charging.

I tried all that 😕 my iPad always made a sound when I charge it even my iPhone.. Just to let me know I guess that it's charging. Does apple replace this..

If you've done all the steps suggested then take it to your nearest Apple Store Genius Bar or Premium Reseller and they may be able to help if it is under warranty.
