You make me feel spoilt here I'am wanting to change my mid 2010 model next year for the extra storage, better graphics, more ram and ports etc, and your retro Mac which looks cool by the way is still going. It makes me think is 4 - 5 years long enough , oh congrats on clean the setup.

It's an Ikea Galant, bought all parts separate.

What legs did you buy, and did you buy the cable management with it too?

I want to set up an new office and have been deciding between the IKEA Galant range and making my own IKEA Hack:

Ikea Solid Oak/Beech kitchen worktop with some desk draws as supports. Not sure if it will be a bit shallow with a 27" ACD, MBA, Audioengine A2s!

Need some inspiration. I wanted to create an L shape desk (not against the wall) that was in the middle of my room, that didnt show cable clutter. That rules the Galant glass range!

My G4 Cube up on the shelf. Sorry about the focus, but I'm too lazy to get the camera and tripod back out.

My current project. I converted my Quicksilver to a hackintosh:

Took the G4 cube off the shelf and redid the LEDs so both the strips and the wires are less visible:
