I wonder why the tech community isn't up in arms in our defense. You don't hear a word from CNET, BGR, IMORE etc. i guess since they have their devices that they really don't care about their customer base either.
Because technically AT&T isn't doing anything wrong. They gave us all estimated shipping dates. Nothing set in stone. Now if they promised they'd have it to us by a specific date and don't deliver then that's a newsworthy story.
