But if you put it into google it seems to be a model destined for the phillipines if that helps...

What do I mean? That as stated the model number on the box shows its destination is for the Philippines, there's no other information on the box to indicate what is internally inside the box, i.e., which keyboard. You have to open the box to see what's there.
