Nominations for stupidest websites ever
Here's a site that my CIS teacher in college showed us in class as an example of everything that can be done wrong in website design. I must have laughed for four days after first being introduced to this...

I had a lady friend that posted a personal ad on craigslist to find a guy to date. This guy replied to her ad a gave a link to his website. I kid you not.
