when i ync to my itunes, it says there is not enough. i deleted a bunch of stuff, yet it seems the memory is still stuck at the same amount. any help?

change your sync preferences first so that you remove everything off the phone, then go back and check off what you want to add...this happened to me before I fixed it by removing all songs apps and videos and re syncing

What does your about (in general settings) says.

Pick up a copy of iStat to see how your memory is being used.

Not knowing any specifics about your phone, and the volume of stuff installed, its difficult to offer any sort of suggestion.

says i need 1.35 gb of free space

how on earth am i going to clear that if i cant even sync my iphone to my itunes to delete my movies?
