SSD secure erase question
Being a newbie with SSDs, I'm unsure of how best to maintain the performance.
I currently own the OWC SSD, and I realize that over time even with the sandforce controller, I'll have my speed degrade. Would reformatting the drive be sufficient to securely erase the SSD. Are there OSX utilities to securely erase the drive (I understand this may be completely destructive, i.e., reload OSX and my data) I saw this thread but that seems like a lot of work
