New yorker here but i will be heading out to long island for myself since im in queens... i wonder when ppl will start lining up on 5TH ave what store do you intend on going to ?
I hope the line won't be too crazy. I'll be working till 7 that day. I work at 47th. Hopefully there will be some left when I head there after work. Otherwise ask for a break, call to see how the line is and sprint over haha.
Not camping out- going to leave work an hour early and go to either the one in SOHo or the one on 14th... not sure yet what my best chances are...
Hitting up the UWS location around 4, I'll post an update when I arrive. There weren't a ton of people there for the iPad 1 launch, but the rules are different this time so who knows.

probably gonna hit up fifth avenue store around 7 when i get outta work. i hope they still got one left for me, wifi white 16gb :/
I'm at the Soho store, and not counting the guy who is floating around asking if they'll buy one for him, I'm 11th in line.
Can anyone report on the West 14th store?
I didn't plan to line up until 2PM. But now that I've heard there're around 50 people at the Cube already, I'm not so optimistic about my 2PM anymore.

Seems like it may be. Does anyone know if there are lines at any of the bestbuys?
I've called all three apple stores in the LI area (Manhasset, Roosevelt Field Mall, Walt Whitman Mall) and as of 10:30 they all had decent sized lines.

Best buy on 86 th street told me they had 10 of every model. Not going to bother there.
