Why is it taking so long for apple to send me a code?
I submitted Mac OS lion date program a week ago and still no answer from apple...
Is this normal? Should I call and fight? I am calling them now, but any advice would be appreciated. |

I naively just downloaded Lion on my brand new iMac and realized afterwards that I'd been charged, I guess I thought the free upgrade thing would "Just Work". I contacted the Mac App Store support and they refunded the charge. So you could always go that route.
