Like what seems to be many of us out there I pre-ordered Tiger on April 13th and my order didn't arrive today.
I called Apple today, not to yell or go crazy on the poor customer service rep that had to field my call, but just to say I was dissappointed and that had I known it would be a problem, I would have driven an hour and a 1/2 to the store to pick it up.
He asked me to hold to check my account and came back and said that once I am charged and the order is shipped, I can call back and they will credit my account $30.00. (what he called a "customer satisfaction credit")
Nothing spectacular, but at least they stepped up to the plate and did something for me, with just a simple calm phone call expressing my dissappointment.
