Line of Pixels at bottom of screen

Hey all, I have an annoying 'bug' where applications can't be dragged all the way to the bottom of the screen- there's always a line of pixels (from my desktop) showing at the bottom. I've attached a screenshot to show you what it looks like.
Any ideas?
