M MetalMoon macrumors member Original poster May 21, 2012 #1 Hello, I have some mkv files with subtitles that I would like to import into itunes for my ipad, is there a way to convert the file with the subtitles? Otherwise when I convert it using handbrake, the video does not have subtitles. Thanks

ac3320 macrumors regular May 21, 2012 #4 Use Subler. Just remux the video to m4v and then it is iEverything compatible. Handbrake takes longer transcoding that Subler takes to remux.
