why does my Mac keep crashing, please help

Hi Again,
after consulting with Apple Care they recommended that I see a technitian becasue thsi was a hardware issue...he upgraded the RAM to 4Gb, and reinstalled the OS (Snow leopard)....but the problem still exists...he's not sure what to do, and I left with a crashing MAC.
