Is this normal?

iPad battery died so I let it charge. When I checked To see if it was on, just the battery indicator showed up and then the screen flashed. Just wondering if anybody else is running into this issue. It doesn't flicker like that after the iPad is back on.

Doesn't look normal to me. If you drain the battery it shouldn't take longer than 5min to get charge enough to boot. Did you call Apple?

Booting back up took about 3 minutes. I was being impatient lol I just found it odd that it did that.

If memory services me, I thought I saw this on my wife's iPhone in that when the battery was completely drained it basically would not turn on until it charged up for a bit.

After letting it charge, did it start acting as you thought it would?

Yeah at the time of this happening the iPad was completely drained. After letting it charge and turn back on, everything worked as it should.
