I Need a Diagram Graphics App for Mac

Hi,

I need a simple good app to generate diagrams for my database class. I figured out how to draw ER diagrams in MS Word but it seems it's complicated and time consuming to use MS Word to draw IE Crow's Feet diagrams. Is there a fast solution?
