powerbook ram purchasing question...

have a 15 in powerbook 1.67

with this type of ram modulep-

SODIMM0/J25LOWER:

would like to get a 1gb chip to up to up the ram in the laptop. when looking at a few sites i get a little confused on what it is i actually need to buy. i am planning a nice purchase at jr.com and would like to include the ram there if possible. what exactly is it i need?

i know i might get it cheaper somewhere else, but i am getting a great deal on some other items.

any assistance will be greatly appreciated and as a bonus...if you make it kabul afghanistan....i'll buy you a drink, ;-) since i know i will probably never know enough about macs to actually answer questions correctly.

almost made a mistake there.

the cheaper ram....decent quality or is it you get what you pay for or is... ram is ram is ram?
