How can we start a mac os x in a specific mode in which all drive are accessible and at that time make a virtual drive of boot drive .

Please explain your post, what do you mean by
  • specific mode? Do you mean Single user mode, Verbose mode? Those are the only boot up options you have available AFAIK.
  • All drives are accessible? By default OSX does have access to all drives connected to the Mac
  • Virtual drive of boot drive? Do you mean a ram disk? There's been some discussions on this here at MacRumors and elsewhere and at this point in time, there's little advantage to creating a ram disk that hold your boot drive, especially with the advent of SSDs which have increased the IO bandwidth of your storage (though not as fast as ram, its much faster then disk)
