how can you transfer FileMaker Pro database to iPad?

do you manual type in records from my Mac desktop to transfer records from desktop Filemaker 13 go to iPad mini FMP go app ?

You can use dropbox or email. I use dropbox and keep the database there so when I can easily import the database from dropbox to iPad's version of FileMaker Pro
