I have installed Mac OS X Mavericks on my mid 2007 Mac Mini, and installed the kexts for the 64 MB Intel GMA 950 also. The overall performance is not bad for a Mac Mini mid 2007. But the graphics are really bad, the effects are very bad and slow in things like Mission Control and Launchpad. Is there any solution for this problem?

Given that you installed Mavericks on an unsupported model, its really not surprising.

I'm not sure what else you can do, other then maybe downgrade to something that is compatible to your model.

Yes, the solution, unfortunately, is to forget Mavericks.
It's the graphics chip, mate!
The GMA950 can't be used with Mavericks. There is no fix, or even a workaround that will improve what you have.
So, the real "solution" if you must have Mavericks, is to replace your older mini with one that does support Mavericks, such as 2009 models and later.

The GMA 950 extensions obviously aren't working in Mavericks. Backdate to 10.7.5.
