Connect Outlook to Ethernet and not Wifi connection

So I'm running both an Ethernet and a WiFi connection on my work computer. Our primary connection via Ethernet won't allow streaming, but our Wifi will. So everything works perfectly... except Outlook 2011. Is there a way to make it bypass the Wifi connection, which I have at the top of my connections list, and only connect via the Ethernet connection?

No, you can't split up your network connections per application like that. The computer will choose ethernet or wifi depending on the order you specified in the network preference pane.
