Will xServe tranistion to Intel
Will the xServer be transitioning to intel chips as well? Will it be 64 bit?

ok, Im an Intel Noob. Whats the difference between Itanium and Xeon. Arent they both built for servers and workstations?

But they have a very different internal architecture. The Xeon uses the same architecture (x86) as all the Pentiums. The Itanium is different (IA64) I don't think you will ever see an Itanium in a Mac.
