If you mean a poll, create a thread and scroll down to to the Further options and near the bottom there's a check box for a poll.

Click that, submit your thread and you'll be presented with a screen to enter your poll question and options

There is no poll option. It just says under additional options-

Show your signature
Automatically parse links in text
Disable smilies in text

help please?
