15" rMBP Mirrored to 2560x1600 Monitor

Hello folks.

I want a 15" rMBP mirrored to a 2560x1600 Monitor and I was wondering if anyone can try it out and let me know if both screens can show up sharp and crisp?

I need mirrored not extended and I was wondering how the rMBP would handle it. I've tried it mirrored with a smaller 1900x1200 monitor and it worked perfectly, but I'd love to use a larger monitor (2560x1600)

I know the 13" is native to 2560x1600 but I need the power of the 15".

If someone can please try it out and let me know that would be so appreciated!

Thanks guys. I'm trying to remember but I think I was able to mirror with no problems using my old 2011 MBP (1400x900) to an Apple Cinema Display (2560x1600) and if I remember correctly everything was fine on both screens.

Would anyone with a 2560x1600 monitor be able to try it out please?

I dropped by an Apple Store today to try some mirroring. I was only able to mirror a 13" MBP Retina to a Thunderbolt Display and it handled mirroring like a charm.

I set it to optimise for the Thunderbolt Display at 2560x1440 and the 13" MBP was still looking sharp - but the bottom edges were cut off of course since they are different aspect ratios. But both screens were sharp and very useable.

So would anyone be able to mirror a Thunderbolt Display to a 15" MBP and set it to optimise for the Thunderbolt Display? If it can handle the scaling and looks sharp on both screens, then it should be able to handle mirroring on a 2560x1600 since it's only 160 pixels taller.
