If you don't mind me asking, why did you get fired? if it was something serious chances are little

usually you can get rehired if are in still good standing with a company so would depend. Apply and find out?
Can't speak for Apple specifically - but for many companies if you get fired you are out... permanently. More than likely if you were fired for a minor offense such as "inappropriate language" you also committed other offenses that they didn't mention.
Not saying you shouldn't try - but it may be more prudent to try elsewhere and not put all your eggs into one basket, as they say.
Also remember, being truly fired is much more different than if they asked you to quit and you took that as "oh they fired me".
This can work, depending on how they reported your offense to HQ.

it was only for 'language'...they called it 'terminated'...its been 6 months and thats why i was wondering as i know if you leave apple you can reapply after six months...and usually those who leave are actually on the firing line...for being late...

Awww man, I feel bad for you. IMO people should only get fired over the inability to hit the mission criticals of their position. Any other reason is just secondary and likely frivilous.
I've probably done a lot of inappropriate language at my office, but I haven't been fired yet.
If the other offenses were significant, most companies would document them and notify the employee at the time. Large companies are likely to have a very specific policy on this kind of thing.
Are things that different in Germany?
I am not 100% sure, but I've never heard of anyone being fired for "inappropriate language".
Personally I'd never re employ someone I'd fired. If they were an exceptional employee, you probably wouldn't fire them in the first place.

Lemme guess ...... Some pompous customer made a 5 page exaggerated post on a blog about your language, and corporate got wind of it. If that's the case, you're probably on some blacklist at Apple.
A CV? He was an 'Apple specialist'. Wouldn't the op still be in resume or possibly even in the application area?

If you were fired, you'll not get rehired. Almost no company will not hire a fired employee. You were let go because you failed something that they required. I'm not trying to sound harsh, but a person leaving on his own accord is different then having the employer ask you to leave. They'll not want to take another chance on you, when there are plenty of other people available for jobs

I don't know the OP's exact circumstances, but as a consumer, I'd not want to hear an apple representative start dropping the f-bomb in the store, especially around my kids.
When someone gets fired, its usually not one single event, but a number of issues, that come to boil.
As a consumer facing company, Apple (like all retail chains) expects a high level of professionalism when it comes to those folks who interact with the customer. If someone cannot control his tongue in front of a customer, then they may not be working at the store very long.
I'm not calling out the OP, since I don't know the details, but I'm making some general statements as to why someone can lose their job from swearing and why most retail outlets will not put up with employees swearing (at least in front of customers).

Sorry to sound harsh, but "only for 'language'" suggests that you think that inappropriate language isn't a valid cause for firing an employee. That's not true. It depends on what you said and in what situation you said it. In some cases, it may depend on whether the similar behavior has been documented before.
BTW, "terminated" is the same as "fired," as opposed to offering an employee the option of quitting, which makes future job searches a bit easier. Although I guess it couldn't hurt to ask, I doubt whether Apple would re-hire you unless you have a skill set that's in extremely short supply.
Turn your weakness into strength! Reapply to Apple as a "Siri Profanity Trainer". I'm sure Siri must hear a lot: Understanding it would sure help her empathize, because she's a bit cold and clueless to me at times. Especially when it's a *********g emergency.
Joking aside, what exactly did you say? And to whom, or in front of who?
If you're customer-facing, you generally have to be careful about image. Or at least be aligned with whatever corporate says its image should be.
Dunno what else to say. Maybe try for a job in some blue-collar drinking establishment where coarse and blunt communications skills are sought after?

Agreed. I can't think of any circumstances that I would fire someone and then rehire them.

But other companies fire people who had been working for over 20 years, such as united airlines how they fired the two flight attendants worried about their safety. Every company has an excuse to fire someone
