Why the hell did Apple put them 200€+ if they didn't update it? The 15 I mean... It was 2029€ before, now 2250€. Are they crazy? 1300€ for a dual core for tablets with 1 USB (not even audio jack)? 1500€ for a 13"MBP which costed 1329€ before, only for a new trackpad, with still 128GB SSD?

p.s: european prices

Price adjustments are typical due to currency adjustments worldwide. It's hit close to home where I am mainly due to the drop in oil prices, and I suspect that's a large part of the reason for other areas too. I'm actually more surprised that it didn't happen sooner.

The oil price crash hit several countries hard.

The 13" rMBP doesn't just new has a new trackpad; it now has significantly more powerful Iris 6100 (supports up to 4K @ 60 Hz) and 4-lane PCIe SSD standard across all capacities.

Well, still € is more valuable than $ (even with taxes). Before a 11" MBA with 256GB costed 999€, now it costs 1250€. 250€+ of currency adjustment? HA!
Funny to see a tablet-cpu powered laptop with 1 port hitting almost 1500€ (more than $1600)

p.s: BTW, I highly doubt they put down the prices if € comes strong again...

euro fall

Euro has fallen nearly 20% in the past 4-5 months, a change in pricing was required.

CAD was nearly the same.
