Mr. Fred Rogers, "Mister Rogers" passed away from cancer today at his Pittsburgh residence. He was 74.

So sad. He meant so much to so many of us. 🙁

Very sad, indeed.

He was a very special man who meant a lot to children everywhere. He will be sorely missed.

tis a sad day indeed.
I remeber watching Mr. Rogers as a child, and they are all good memories.🙁

i heard a really good obituary for him today...(i have to paraphrase)

...he is survived by 650,000,000 children, including Grover, Big Bird, Barney, Dipsy, la la, Poe, Tinky Winky...

the effect he had was amazing. he will be missed.

i miss him already...i used to love watching his show when i was little and thought it was great...

I just found out and I have tears in my eyes. I grew up watching him and he did mean a lot to me... it's sad. I wonder what the funeral plans are, I'd like to pay my respects.
