I'm having a heck of a time with my fairly new iBook. The screen contrast box will show up (the transparent box that looks like the vol. control) and then my computer will be to tab thru whatever "tabbable" items there are. ie: if Safari is open, tabs thru address bar, google search bar, and then bounces to bottom of screen. As it is tabbing the series of "`2wsx" will show up repeatedly wherever it can tab through. If a Messenger (Yahoo, Adium, iChat) the same thing happens.
Also, the "Apple tone" that announces the computer being turned on, no longer works.
Any thoughts, help, suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
