Apple Releases Multi-Colored iPod Shuffles

As rumored, Apple today added to its iPod shuffle line 4 new colors, including pink, green, blue, and orange. With the update, Apple has modified its iPod Shuffle slogan from "Put some music on" to "Put some color on".

The new colors, otherwise identical to the previous silver-clad 1 GB clip-on shuffle, are shipping within 24 hours from Apple's online store.

Not until April or May when Leopard comes out. The new iLife 07 may require Leopard for the new features. Maybe they will sell an iLife & Leopard bundle.

Nice colors. I'm surprised there is no Product(red) shuffle, though.
Pink for Valentine's Day...smooth.

No completely identical, because they also seem to be delivered with the new headphones now.

In any case, I'm getting an orange one as we speak.

Hey, this is a brilliant move on Apple's part... I'm figuring a lot of hipsters are going to buy one of each to match their clothing...

That explains why I bought a white 5G iPod and a Mighty Mouse... To match my G5 iMac, of course! But still, it'd be nice if Apple could bring colours back, add black to the pack AND keep the white. Surely they could do it, as soon as their marketshare goes up, no?

Wear All 5GB To Go For Only $395

Such a deal. If you want to look like the fanboy/girl in the photo, it's only gonna cost you $395 plus the hospital bills after the mugging.

It appears from the lack of info about iLife 07 that maybe it will be a bigger part of Leopard? We can hope for amazing stuff all round soon.
