I found a nano for sale from someone who received it as a gift but doesn't want it. It's a 2nd gen. 4GB nano, in silver. It's still in the box and such, they want around 150 for it. It seems like a really good price, but after looking on eBay I realized that a lot of them go for this price.

Any thoughts?

Swift help is appreciated.

Well, it's $50 cheaper than usual, and your getting it from a source you trust (I assume)... If you were looking to buy an iPod Nano, then I'd say buy it! Unless you don't like silver, etc.

If it's still in the box, can they not return it?

It's from a forum, so I do not know this person. It's also from Canada, but the 150 is US $.

Okay, so I need a judgement call here. He's going to do 135 shipped. He took plenty of pics of it for, which definitely seem to be legit. Bought as a present for the GF but they broke up.

He bought for her, wrapped it and everything, but they broke up. So he just has it laying around. Gave me more pics when requested.

Also has positive eBay feedback, although has never sold on eBay. I'm wondering if this is a good price though? Seems like it, but when you're in the moment you always double guess yourself.

It's still in the box though, so doesn't that make this a better deal? You called it 'used'.

Okay, so I guess I was being lame, but you know how it is when you find a good deal. You wonder if it's too good.
