Out of interest, how long does it take to fully load a certain website? Say, news.bbc.co.uk

That test does NOT seem accurate at all. I have the original iphone and ran the test. I got (5450 kpbs / 665kb/s) and it said it thinks im on 3G or Wifi, which I am not.
I was very torn about getting the 3G but 40secs on my current iPhone compared to 30secs on 3G just isn't worth it for me.
GPS isn't a deal breaker either.
Oh well, I'll wait another year for the next update.
I don't see why you wouldn't be able to.
40 seconds is kinda high for 3G. I just tested it again in a better part of my house it took only about 15 seconds or so.
I get around 1.1mbps.

pages load in 25 seconds.
On edge, it took 1:35 seconds

LOL, you just need the porn sites to load quicktime compatible videos for ya....
