Is there a way in Pages to sort A-Z or Z-A or anything? I've been looking, but I can't seem to find it.

Pages only sorts in tables. You can install the free WordService from Devon Technologies which will add this & many other useful things to the Services menu.

Thanks for mentioning Word Services, one of the greatest and least-known utilities for the Mac. But I've been using this for years and have never seen a sorting function. Where is it?

Maybe it's in CalcService. I've had both installed for years & can't remember which does which. CalcService was great for doing some simple math in Pages 1 tables. After that was added with Pages 2, that part wasn't needed.
