Higher Quality MacBook Pro Case Photos

MacX.cn has posted a series of higher quality images of the new MacBook Pro case that was originally posted last week. While there had been some doubts about the details of the blurry photo, these new images show every angle of both the MacBook and MacBook Pro cases.

Additional photos depict the left, right, and underside of the cases. A few observations

- The optical drive appears to be on the right side (when facing the laptop)
- All the ports are on the left side (when facing the laptop)
- Case does not appear to be tapered like the MacBook Air
- Power button is in the top right corner
- Large trackpad

yay more spy pics! and good quality ones too. now the question is… white or black chicklet keys for the MacBook? if it has black keys well know it has backlighting too.

This seems to put the rumors of a "glass" trackpad to rest. The size of those in the photos looks to be about the same size as the Macbook Air trackpad.

Very good pics. it is both mb and pro one pic does not have speaker grill. and no fire wire on mb.

There are holes, very small ones, look closer.

Nice, it looks thinner now, I wonder how thin is the display now. Hmm. it seems the MB trackpad size look like the MBA, so does it means MB will get multi touch?

The MBP trackpad size look the same though.

Overall, looks pretty nice. Can't wait to see the final product.
From the pic it seems the MBP power button is located at the upper most right? Darn, I prefer it to be where it is now (the current MBP), looks really nice the power button with the speaker holes.

looks like the ethernet connector is defining the minimum thickness of the macbook

the current macbook have enough space for a little ethernet icon above the socket, so as that is gone looks like the base will be about 3mm thinner? will the display/lid be any thinner?

So it doesn't look like it's got a DVI port, I'm not familiar with Display Port but can anyone tell from the pics if it's mini-DVI or Display Port?

EDIT-or possibly HDMI?

Looks great! Very thin. Glad they did away with the latch. ENOUGH LEAKS though I want a nice surprise on Tuesday...Let's Rock was very predictable and I hope this event doesn't turn out the same way. Apple needs to do a better job keeping everything secured. Back in the day we had no idea when and what would be announced and now it's just gotten ridiculous.

The 'enter' button has changed and both of the 'shift' buttons are at the same size now. Looks nice!

Common...you know you want to...come Tuesday you know you will! Just put it up for sale on Ebay. It's probably worth some money. Apple computers have excellent resale value!

On another note, looks like there won't be a "glass trackpad", lol.
