Last month of the year, make it count!

Uh, here's a shot of the dam my dad and I have been working on over the last year or so... on and off.

Advantages of early darkness

This used to be a factory, now it has been revived as a small business building. It was foggy today, I'll try clear weather later.

Great shot, Doylem. As usual, fantastic composition and it's a genuinely interesting picture.

I also liked Educ8r's shot. I'm a sucker for DOF. Love the placement of the presents.

We're sure starting December off with a bang, aren't we?

(PS. In reply to timmyb from last month's thread, thanks! It was a neat little run of experimental shots that that specific picture came out of. Nothing like running around in the yard with some paper airplanes! :p)

Meh.... Plaza Lighting Ceremony, Thanksgiving night, Kansas City, Missouri. I did NOT enjoy myself this year. Same damn thing every year anyway so I might start skipping the pomp and circumstance of the official lighting anyway in coming years.

Also, no HDR on this one, if ya can believe it.

Seems like there is a bit of noise. I expected better from a 50D
