F fwhh macrumors regular Jan 15, 2009 #4 It depends on if it is a private IP address (e.g. 192.168.x.y) or a "normal" IP address. On normal IPs use "Whois" in Applications/Utilitys/Network Utility. On private adresses, ask you admin, or check your DHCPD log.
