I am looking for an application that would ideally present a keynote slideshow (with all the nice effects & some links) in Flash format. I know that iWork '09 removed Keynote's flash export, though it was never very good. I exported to Quicktime, but it takes too long to load in my iWeb website and the links do not work. Though I'd prefer to take advantage of some text effects I *could* use a slideshow made from static images.

Most importantly, though, each slide when clicked on needs to open a URL.

Any application or web service that would do this for me? I'm looking for something free (or cheap) and without too much branding if possible. Thanks for any suggestions!

Well there is adobe flash and given that its a proprietary product, I'm not sure there's too many cheaper alternatives out there. Just google, maybe you'll get lucky and come across one.
