Most of the Beatles stuff is owned by Apple Corps., no relation to Apple Inc.

WRONG! MJ at one point owned the publishing rights to most of the Lennon/McCartney songs, but never the recording rights or other copyrights. Besides, he sold most of his interest in the publishing rights to Sony years ago.

Well I don't think Joe will be.

First, Apple Corp (Beatles) and EMI own the recordings. ATV (Jackson/Sony) owns the publishing rights.

I don't think he has rights to Jackson portion. It will make money for Apple Corp and ATV.
