I wasn't paying attention and formatted the wrong external FW hard drive.

It had dedia in FAT32 format. I formatted it to HFS+ and lost all my media. I'm pretty devastated and sick to my stomach right now.

What is the best Mac (or even Windows) alternative to recover the FAT32 media from the now HFS+ formatted drive.

Will Disk Warrior work? Or is it only good for HFS+ drives. My data were in the FAT32 format.

I'm willing to pay for whatever software is out there to get my media back.

Thanks in advance for any help!

How does Data Rescue II compare to others like Boomerang? The latter are really expensive about $300 for 1 TB of data recovery! Versus Data Rescue II is just a flat fee to purchase the app.
