(UK) Is the apple store using HE discount the cheapest way of getting the i5 iMac?

If your a student you can do the Apple Developer Connection. It costs $99 but gives you a significant discount once in a lifetime to purchase a mac. It used to be about 20%.

Thanks for this, I called the ADC number for the UK the guy didnt know how much the discount was for a purchase. He suggested calling the Apple store
From what I remember from previous discussions, although a Mac bought through the ADC is cheaper than the HE Store, for three years warranty you need to buy AppleCare on top - as you get a three-year parts and labour warranty for free with the HE Store, once AppleCare is factored in, the ADC saving isn't so great.
In further reference to this, Just called the Apple store and they had no idea bout the ADC program and suggested calling the business store... 😱
