Export address book contacts to SIM card?

Apologies if this was asked before...

My iPhone is out of action until an unlock comes out for baseband 5.12.01!!

I am using a different phone but want to get all my Mac address book contacts onto my SIM card for that phone. How ca I do this?
 
Not sure if its even possible, but at the very least you'll need to connect your cell phone with the computer either via bluetooth or by a cable.

Is the phone bluetooth? Check to see if it's compatible with iSync, if it isn't do a bit of hunting as people often have hacks.
