Do you know how many mAh the iPhone 3GS battery is?

The iPhone 3G is 1150 mAh.

How many is the iPhone 3GS?

Will a 3GS battery work in a 3G?

Where can I buy one?

They battery isn't exactly an accessory. The contacts have to line up w/ the board inside the phone.

At quick glance it looks like it might, but I'd verify that.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

That sounds too good to be true......Do they also make an iPhone 4 battery with a higher capacity? Got a link?

I bought this battery and it didn't work out for me. The battery caused restarts of the phone every 3-5 minutes. Then when taking it out to put the stock battery back on, I accidently broke the camera. So be careful.

Also even if your battery does work, I've heard reports of 60-70% rated capacity, so don't expect any better battery life. Break even if you're lucky.
