Musical ringtones are so 2000-and-late. You have to guess which caller is associated with which tone, etc.
I use TEXT-TO-SPEECH talking Caller ID ringtones, to announce a caller's name, title, etc.
My old Nokia had this ability, 2+ years ago, and when I switched to the iPhone, I missed it... so I created an app for that, called AutoRingtone! There are several free versions, so give it a try!

Currently i am using the song the cantina band from Starwars plays, but its subject to change depending on what i feek like at the time.

My current default ringtone is Four Seconds by Barenaked Ladies. Everyone I normally talk to has his or her own ringtone, though. Text tone is Dave Grohl screaming, "Hey!" from a concert in Nashville, TN, in 2008.
