    iPhone 12 Pro Still on iOS 15.7.1 should I upgrade to iOS 16.3 yet?

    I have been somewhat stubborn and remained on iOS 15 - holding off upgrading to iOS 16. Is it time for me to make the upgrade? Or will I get hit with built in obsolescence / software slowness / faster battery drain etc?

    I bought my iPhone SE (2022), having never had an iPhone before. For some strange reason, incoming calls trigger only a vibration. The phone does not ring. How do I set this up so the phone actually rings during an incoming call?
