2011 MBA - Upgrade to Newer OS?

Hey there….hoping someone can help me.

I have a 2011 MBA that I bought new. Several years ago, the SSD died and it sat unused until yesterday when I put a new SSD in it (512 GB) that came with MacOS High Sierra. According to Mac Tracker, I should be able to update it to 10.13.6, but when I check for software update in the App Store, it says no updates available. I also can’t sign into my iCloud account (I think it’s because I have a recovery key and/or encryption set).

What is the best way to update MacOS?

I got it updated via the App Store finally.
